Stage comes first. The same stomach cancer is treated one way when it is confined to the lining and another when it has reached the lymph nodes. That is why we read your imaging, pathology and reports in a remote review before any hospital is chosen.
Then the biomarkers. Drugs can only be chosen once results such as HER2, PD-L1 or EGFR are in; if they are missing, we tell you first which tests to have and where.
Finally, whether treatments available only in Korea apply to you. Carbon-ion, proton and robotic surgery are excellent treatments, but not for every cancer. If they don't fit, we don't recommend them.
