Your first trip, step by step

Entry for treatment uses a medical visa (C-3-3 / G-1-10) issued on a hospital invitation letter. Your opinion and confirmed booking are the basis for that letter, and we prepare the paperwork. Your coordinator will tell you how long processing takes in your country.

Hospitals collect part of the estimated cost as a deposit before treatment. The amount and payment method (card or transfer) are on the estimate; the review fee and package fee are separate.

A car meets you at Incheon Airport and takes you to your accommodation. On the evening you arrive, your coordinator walks you through the next three days.

Tests are completed within about three days of arrival, and the treatment schedule and final estimate are confirmed. If the results change the plan, it is revised on the spot.

An interpreter sits in on consultations and tests, and your coordinator manages admission, procedures and outpatient visits. The same person looks after family accommodation, meals and transport.

You receive a multilingual treatment summary with copies of your imaging and prescriptions, and follow-up continues remotely (formally permitted from May 2027).
