Upload your records (imaging, pathology, reports) first; paying the review fee here starts the review. The fee is credited against your hospital bill when you proceed with treatment.
The fee is charged by the hospital. The service is complete once the opinion is delivered, so it is not refundable; if the hospital misses the 5-business-day deadline, it is refunded in full. From May 2027 this becomes formal telemedicine under Korean law.
